Even though court procedures have temporarily changed, you can still get divorced in Bexar County.  Collaborative divorce lawyers have always done virtually all their work outside the courthouse, which means the collaborative process may proceed.  When a settlement is reached, it can be put into a binding agreement.  The final documents, including the final decree, can be drafted and signed by the parties and the lawyers.  New procedures are being used to finalize agreed divorces in Bexar County district courts and other courts around the state.
